Sensor clinches distribution rights for world leader Hikvision

Bosch gets in on wireless IP action

Wireless internet protocol (IP) is gaining ground fast. In fact, fast enough for Bosch to introduce two new wireless IP cameras to its new CCTV product range Advantage Line – a mere two months after launch!

The cameras bring Bosch’s high-performance technology into the realm of small office and retail businesses and offer a cost-effective solution for a broad range of applications.

Two models were introduced in the Bosch wireless IP 200 model series, namely:

• NBC-255-W: Bosch 200 Series High Resolution Wireless Box IP Camera; and
• NBC-265-W: Bosch 200 Series HD 720p Wireless Box IP Camera

The highly compact cameras make for easy connection and offer a complete, ready-to-use network video-surveillance system. The wireless IP models have the added advantage of offering SC-card storage inside the camera. It can also run dual H.264 and M-jpeg streams simultaneously; conforms to ONVIF; and is supported by the BVC software.

Sensor receives prestigious Bosch award

Following hard on the heels of Sensor’s appointment as one of only two South African companies awarded the distribution rights for Bosch’s new Advantage Line product range, is Diamond Status recognition for the company’s CCTV sales in 2011!

MD and host Michael Howard of Bosch Security Systems not only recognised Bosch clients for reaching certain sales targets, but also made various status awards to clients for their continuous business loyalty to the company’s name and brands at Bosch’s annual Client Recognition.
